How do i iniate the Action outline within flow designer?

Hello All,

Im trying to create a cancel flow script for a incident on hold - awaiting caller reminder notification flow in flow designer. Issue im having is bring up the action outline interface in flow designer to input data variables and add in scripting steps. 

I have an image of what im looking for but i cannot bring it up. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Urie,

To view the interface in your screenshot you will need to create an action as opposed to a flow

On the flow designer homepage select new then action

You can then create an action which you can utilize in your flows after
