Hello. The above two links discuss how to author articles in MS Word and use them in a ServiceNow Knowledge Base. The ask in this article is to use existing Microsoft, etc. articles and information that are publically accessed to create knowledge articles instead of authoring them manually.
Currently, we do not have OOTB functionality in ServiceNow Knowledge Management to do this. There are two store plugins that may answer this ask, but they are not created by ServiceNow:
Microsoft 365 Support Integration
RightAnswers Knowledge Paks for ServiceNow
The other alternative at this time is to use the Generative AI Controller to bring in content from your own LLM and use a Flow to take the generated content and create a knowledge article then follow your organization's current knowledge management governance process to verify the information is correct prior to publish.
