How to configure a new button in HR agent Workspace 'Create HR Case' & redirect the user to UI page

We have a requirement to add a new button in HR agent workspace 'Create HR case' page and when access should take the user to a page where they can select record producers and submit a request.
On submission it needs to redirect the user to HR agent workspace HR case form.
Please provide suggestion if you have implemented similar changes.

I think OOTB it is available, create new HR case.
