How to extend my knowledge in AI on ServiceNow

May I know how do you expand your knowledge in AI on ServiceNow?

I have been searching servicenow university. I don't know where I can start. is there something you can share your personal experience?

At this moment ,

Agent AI, NowAssist, full feature of Predictive intelligence is not available in PDI.

In Client Instance sub-prods also , this Agentic AI, Now assist plugin is not available until and unless its paid (even for sub-prod).

Best way to learn ( if you do not have it in your client instance)

a. Go through all AI related course in Servicenow University

b. If you see career journey that is also now packaged with AI like  AI System Administrator Career Journey.

c. check the videos as much as possible ,so that end to end process is clear to you.
