It's been a while since I've done this.
I created a custom CI class. I went to Model Categories and created a new record for this CI class and set it to Facility [alm_facility].
After doing a manual import of 200 CIs into this CI table, all the CIs are there but none of the alm_facility records were created.
Did I miss a step?
Edit: I clicked the Create Assets button and that, too, failed to create any asset record

Hi,
Assets are created automatically though a business rule on cmdb_ci table. Did you unchecked "run business rules" in your transform map.

No, that checkbox isn't unchecked but the Create Assets button on the model category record didn't create any assets, either.

I am using Jakarta.
I do not see that business rule anywhere. Can you help me find it? I went to "CI Class Manager" and clicked on the top-level "Configurtion Item" then clicked on "business rules"
I don't see any business rule to create an asset.
Thank you,
Tonya

Please check for Business Rule: Create asset on model change, which calls the AssetandCI script include.
