How to Hide approval field from the Requested Item table for ABC Catalog Item.

Hi All,
I have a requirement to hide approval and contact type field from the Requested Item table for ABC catalog item.
I tried using UI policy but it didn't work.
Please help me.

You did not get my point.
For portal we need catalog UI policy not UI policy. No need to write the code.

Hi @Samiksha2
If you want to hide something on catalog item / Portal , need to create Catalog UI polcity , UI policy work only in native view.

I checked if I am checking the form in the portal it is working but if CSM contact is loading the form in the portal, it is not working

1. When we talk about portal, we refer to Catalog item form, lets not call it form.
So you want to hide these 2 fields on catalog item form
If yes
Then use catalog UI policy
If you want to hide these 2 fields on RITM record (Native view)
Then use UI policy.
We all @AshishKM @Josh Pirozzi suggested same thing mate.
