How to Link Now Learning account with Personal Account

Hi Team,
 
I am changing company, I want to link my current account with a personal account. 
 
I followed the below steps
  1. Login in Now learning
  2. Opened below URL 
  3. https://www.servicenow.com/now-creators/manage-resume.html
  4. Click Manage My Profile
  5. Click on Link Servicenow Accounts
  6. find_real_file.png
  7. Click on Add Another Account
  8. find_real_file.png Added account
  9. However, I am unable to receive any Verification Link.
Can You please help me with how can I link it to my personal account?

Hi Sriram,

You are on the right track, as per the steps you mentioned.

Here are few steps you need to follow to link accounts.

  1. Go to https://www.servicenow.com/success/now-creators/manage-profile.html or else After logging to Community, Go to Now Community Profile -> Manage Profile .
  2. Here on this page, you need to click on “Link ServiceNow Accounts”.
  3. After clicking on add another account, you need to specify account email ID. You will receive an email for Confirming your account verification.
  4. On completion of verification, you will see accounts linked.

Just make sure you are entering the right email address. you should get the verification link on your email address, i just tried its working.

Hi! I have left my old company and my personal ID was linked to partner ID of my old company. Now I need to change it to my new partner ID but I am unable to do it as I have to first unlink it from the old company. I am unable to do that as I can not login to the portal anymore using old partner ID. Please guide how to resolve this.

I did change last year.  You must Send an email to ssosupport@servicenow.com get your email address changed.
