How to Link Now Learning account with Personal Account

Hi Team,
 
I am changing company, I want to link my current account with a personal account. 
 
I followed the below steps
  1. Login in Now learning
  2. Opened below URL 
  3. https://www.servicenow.com/now-creators/manage-resume.html
  4. Click Manage My Profile
  5. Click on Link Servicenow Accounts
  6. find_real_file.png
  7. Click on Add Another Account
  8. find_real_file.png Added account
  9. However, I am unable to receive any Verification Link.
Can You please help me with how can I link it to my personal account?

Does anyone else find that the link 'Link ServiceNow Accounts' doesn't work on the profile page anymore?

Does anyone know if you unlink in the future if you change jobs, do all of your accomplishments carry forward with your personal account, or do they get removed when you unlink your work account?

I believe they are linked to your name.  When searching your name on the verification website, it should show all of your certifications.
