In large-scale e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, and Myntra, customers face issues with product returns and refunds. Sometimes, refunds do not process properly, and customer support fails to track or resolve them.

To solve this, we are developing an AI-powered L1 Case Assistant using Generative AI that will:
1. Collect user complaint details (e.g., order ID, issue type, return status).
2. Understand the nature of the complaint using NLP & LLMs.
3. Generate a structured grievance letter for submission to the respective company.
