I know that with command table_name.LIST it is possible to open a list i a new tab. Unfortunatelly the new tab doesn't contain user interface (application navigator and banner frame). Is there a way how to open a list in a new tab including default user interface?
Thanks for any advice.

Hi,
not possible using OOB
Only the main tab/screen of the ServiceNow shows it. Any subsequent url you open in new tab won't show the application banner etc

Mine is showing as normal with top and left navigation sections in a new browser tab when using tableName.LIST command.
This is how I configured it (Tokyo version):
Profile picture > Preferences > Display > Always Show Top Navigation

Hi Tomas, quick call out, Alex's answer worked for me. I think it should be marked as the solution.

I know this is a bit old, but the accepted answer makes it seem like the functionality is not there. Future replies have shown this is possible under preferences. I recommend using Alex's answer as Accepted Solution
