How to open Virtual chat downside when clicked on service portal Virtual Agent ICON?

Normally on service portal when clicked on VA icon, VA chat gets open upside. I want to work on scenario when VA icon is located on TOP RIGHT corner and then we have to open VA chat DOWNSIDE>
