How to Operate Interactive filters in Dashboard?

 

I have added Interactive filter in dashboard but its not working.

I am having Incident Report in my Dashboard now when I add service (Reference) Interactive filter.

Now when I am selecting particular service in that filter...no changes observed on the Dashboard report.

 

Please guide how it will be done?
