How to restrict visibility of KB Articles (Which are in Draft and Review stage) when ITIL/Knowledge_Admin user search using global Search Result option?
In Simple when End user (who has role ITIL/Knowledge_admin) search KB article using Global Search Result it need to display only Published articles.
Tried Setting KB Properties it is not working,
Tried modifying filters in Text Search Result - KB_KNOWLEDGE table filters it is not working.
Please suggest if there is any other way
