How to save activity stream filter settings in agent workspace

1. can I setup a default activity stream filter to roll out to all agents?
2. if an agents changes the activity stream filter in a record and saves the setting, it is only saved for this record. How can i configure that these changes are saved as default for all records?
3. is there a possibility to create new filter sets? There is only one „conversations“

I'm so disappointed to find that agents have to reapply their filter on every record. It's not like that on UI16.
Does anyone have answers to the 3 questions above?

Has anyone been able to find answers to the above questions? My company is investigating moving a team into the Agent Workspaces and I would love to show off this cool feature, but I only want to call it out if we can make our own Filter Sets.
