How to select values from dropdown on portal using ATF?

Hi all,

How to select values from dropdown on portal?

I tried using Click Component (Custom UI) and Set Component Values (Custom UI) but ATF fails to retrieve Select from dropdown option or click on dropdown to set values

Any other ways to do this?

Hi Rutuja,

If this is custom portal page then if you are unable to retrieve then it cannot be selected

If its on portal, then you can use set Field Values SP. Is it not working with that?

No,Its not working with set Field values SP as it is on our custom application on Service Portal

I don't think there will be any issue with custom application as long as it SP.

Is the issue happening only with dropdown. Were you able to set values in other field types using set Field values SP?
