How wait_time is calculated in chat_queue_entry table. any source code?

Wait time in chat queue entry is not populating

The Average Wait Time is calculated in the 'SNC - Chat Queue Average Wait Time' business rule on [chat_queue_entry] table, and is based on the average of the last 20 chat queue entries.

 

 

This business rule is not available in my PDI.
