Hello I have a question about API ;
i customer ask me about the issue of too many requests ;
and i want to know if Can we allow our API users (known in the system) to have a bigger limit ?

Are you referring to ServiceNow for API , if yes, then please note its SN or ServiceNow but NOT SNOW.

Resolution
To check whether the API_INT semaphores are exhausted:
-
In a browser window, navigate to <your_instance>.service-now.com/stats.do.
-
Search for API_INT.
-
Check that there are no available semaphores and the queue depth equals the max queue depth.
An exhausted API_INT resembles the following example.
