HR: sn_hr_core.case_reader and sn_hr_core.reader

Hi community,
Using "sn_hr_core.case_reader" and "sn_hr_core.reader" with these roles iam able to edit Hr cases,But My goal is that specific group HR agents can only see the COE( hr service = Account).we dont want them to access other COE cases
How can we achieve this, does any one help me out with this.

For that there is COE Security Policies.
HR Administration > COE Security Configuration
