I am having difficulty in task 07 creating orphan rule of CMDB health simulator kindly help.

REQUIREMENT:

As the Cloud Dimensions CMDB administrator, using CI Class Manager, configure an orphan rule to meet the following requirements:

- Using CI Class Manager, from the Email Server class configure an orphan rule that specifies a relationship to determine which Email Server applications do not have a Run On:Runs relationship to a Server [cmdb_ci_server]

After the orphan rule is configured, execute the Health Dashboard Correctness Scorecard job to calculate the results and display them on the CMDB Health Dashboard for the Email Server class.

VERIFICATION:

From the CMDB Health Dashboard for the Email Server class Correctness Scorecard, verify the orphan metric displays the following calculation.

NOTE: You may need to refresh the metric to display 7 of 11 records are orphans. 

I am not able to pass this task. Kindly help.

You just need to create an Orphan Rule like this: Shown below:

Then run the correctness scheduled Job and refresh the CMDB Dashboard - CMDB View (make sure to choose Email Server under CMDB Hierarchy
