you need a Virtual Agent integration creates a one-to-one association between the ServiceNow instance that you are installing from and the Microsoft Teams tenant in which the integration runs. Use a separate tenant for each instance that you plan to install the integration in. If you plan to test with a non-production instance and clone the instance, be sure to run the installation steps again on the clone target to associate the bot to the new instance. Running the steps again disassociates the integration between the original non-production instance and the tenant.

Hi All,
Hi I have integrate my personal instance with MS teams (created new account), but facing issue on teams-
"Hello, I'd like to help but I'm not set up yet. You need an active ServiceNow account to get access to everything I can help with. Please contact your ServiceNow administrator to set up the services."
Can anyone help me on the this issue.
Thanks in Advance
Manas
