I've been using the insertMultiple endpoint of the Import Set API to push data to ServiceNow. I'm pretty sure that this has always resulted in the data being transformed automatically, but somehow, it has stopped to do so in the last couple of days. I have set it to transform asynchronously, but I have some import set stuck in the loaded state for 30 hours now, so it's not like I'm just too impatient.
I work with a lot of other contractors on a very large platform, I'm not sure if someone disabled something, or if I have imagined it automatically transforming all this time.
So, I guess my question is this: Does /insertMultiple automatically transform the imported entries for you, and if so, is there any setting that could prevent this from happening?
