IMPORT the xml in Service now

I am able to export all my catalog items in a xml but can anyone help me how can i import the same xml in any other instance.

Just and FYI, I have exported the data of around 20 tables.
The solution which you suggested didn't work for me. I cannot see the import option when right clicked on the Header.
PFA the screenshot of the same.
I do not know if I am doing it correctly or not. I opened the Lists in Content Management and then open a record in that.

Option is not available on form view.Open any list(type incident.list in left nav) and then right click on header -- > import XML.

Hi Akshay,
To import XML, navigate to retrieve update sets -> Import update set from XML and import your catalog items XML.
Irrespective of whatever table the XML is of, all data will get mapped to the correct table.
