IMPORT the xml in Service now

I am able to export all my catalog items in a xml but can anyone help me how can i import the same xml in any other instance.

I tried the was suggested by Amit but that also did not work for me. Screenshots below. Once I browse my xml and then clicked on Upload, it simply showed me a blank screen.

@Gurpreet: I am still now able to get Import XML option when right clicked on the header. IF possible, can you please share a snapshot of the same.

Hi Akshay,

You will not get any values under retrieve update set as this was not a update set.

Please check whatever xml entries you uploaded have been successfully added to the tables.

Open any list of records,for example open a list of incients ,right click on header and you get the option.it dosn't matter from which list you use import xml,xml data will be imported to the correct destination table.
