Is there a way to add sequential numbers to comments and work notes in ServiceNow

We find difficulty in finding the exact comment, when we want refer to a particular comment after having multiple comments on the incident.

Please let me know if anyone is aware of the solution.

You can see the comments from the time logged in the activity log.

Instead of focusing on the logged time, I wanted to distinguish comments using sequential numbers or unique IDs. This way, when I ask someone to review my comments, it will be easier to direct them to the specific ones.
Because when I refer by logged time, there is a possibility where the other user and my timezone would be different.

I understand your point. However, out-of-the-box (OOTB), when a comment is logged, it displays the username of the person who commented, and in this case, others can see the comment as well.
