Is there a way to measure the utilization of ServiceNow products?

Today customer has subscription for ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, SM, EM) , CSM, FSM, APM, SPM etc

 

We wanted to measure how effectively users are utilizing/adopting above products.

Ex - They may not be using problem management at all.

or they many not be using all the features/capabilities of change management like CAB workbench, standard change etc.

 

Looking for a way to measure the product utilization and provide a score to each product like:

> Planning

> In use

> Yet to use

> Implementing etc

 

Has anyone done this? If yes, can you share some insights?

I'm not 100% sure, but you can explore the "impact" product of ServiceNow. I'm sure you have an SN account manager, so you should connect with them. They can bring the required team from ServiceNow to guide you and provide support on this.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  Thanks for replying. Yes I know that there is an offering as part of Impact but that comes with a cost - which we dont want.

Hence was looking for some insights if anyone has done.
