Issue with Barcode Scanning Limit on iOS in ServiceNow Mobile App Builder

Hello All,

 

I am currently using version Washington DC and  working on a custom function in the ServiceNow Mobile App Builder, where I have created a barcode scanner to scan multiple hardware asset. The setup works as expected on Android devices, where I can scan up to 100 asset tags and it shows a "Scan limit reached" message once the limit is hit.

However, on iOS devices, I am encountering an issue where scanning a single asset tag triggers the "Scan limit reached" message immediately. I am unable to scan more than one asset tag on iOS devices.

 

If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has insights into how to resolve this discrepancy on iOS.
