I have my webhook set up to retrieve the short description and description changes from Jira.
When the Bug is created in Jira I send the short description and description from the incident:
My webhook is set up to send changes to Summary and Description back to ServiceNow.
When the bug is created I retrieve the info back from Jira, but the description field is cleared out. The Short description has no issues.
I can go into Jira and save the description or update any of the other fields that are part of the webhook and the description will update in ServiceNow, but I do not understand why the description is getting cleared when first creating the Bug.
