knowledge manager not able to publish articles created by others

Hey - 

 

i added the Activate the Knowledge Management Advanced Installer plugin last week og the week before -
 
now a user with the knowledge_manager role AND the manager on the knowledge base is NOT able to publish articles which was created by someone else.
 
the problem is that the publish button is not available when the knowledge manager has not created the article
 
Is anyone able to help me figure out why and how i change this?

Can you check for any user criteria? I guess it is failing there. Or check UI Actions.

Checked everything - there is no reason for the knowledge manager to not be able to see the publish button on articles she hasn't written

The knowledge_manager role user may not have access to the Knowledge Base in which the article is published. I created the same scenario now. The KB that the manager doesn't have acess to will not be able to publish the article.

the knowledge manager is the manager in the knowledge base so she does have access.
