Microsoft Copilot using Knowledge base as knowledge to generate answers

Hi folks, I'm doing an exploration using copilot and I need to use a ServiceNow knowledge base to generate answers. I've already tested the connector action "Get ServiceNow knowledge article", but copilot don't read the article and tell me to follow the article. I need to get the full content of any article, not copilot saying to me to read and follow.
