Microsoft Sharepoint Online Spoke - Can it be used to create LiveTiles?

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the Microsoft Sharepoint Online Spoke.

For every new Knowledge article that is published, we would like to publish a new post in our intranet, which is powered by LiveTiles, which again builds on SharePoint Online. 

I know that the Microsoft Sharepoint Online Spoke provides a flow and action to create a site or subsite. However, does anybody has experience or knows if we can use the Spoke to also create a LiveTile? Or do you know any other Spoke or way to provide this?

Ideally, the publication of a new article would create a news (page) that

- is "authored" by the author of the knowledge article

- has the title of the article as headline

- has the language of the article as language of the news post

Does anybody has experience with this?

Sorry.  I only know of customers that have replaced their SharePoint intranet portals with Employee Center Professional.  We have many customers that have done that.
