MID Server not starting, error code 1

Hello everyone, 

We are currently in Orlando (glide-orlando-12-11-2019__patch7a-10-02-2020) and this weekend my company is performing Disaster Recovering testing.

2 of our MID Servers got down and I'm having hard time to have them back.
Whenever I try to start the MD Server Windows service I got the error message below:

So far could not find any information regarding that code. 
Anyone knows anything?

Hi,

Error code 1 indicates that the account trying to start the MID service isn't authorised. You can work around this by opening services.msc and starting the ServiceNow_MID*** service yourself but you'll need to work out the permission issue as when the MID updates, you'll have the same issue.

We could confirm that issue with the account not connecting. 
Within the Windows service we've set it up to run under a specific account. That account was not passing through. 

Once we reverted back to the main data center, everything was fine.

What is meant by main data center you referred here ?

Hello Kieran,

I tried removing the privilege to log on as a service privilege for this account and re added. Still unable to start it and getting same error. Any other option to bring it back rather re installing the mid server?
