Mismatch between List view and Dashboard records with the same condition

Hello,

 

We have a Dashboard configured, The Dashboard has a widget and the widget has a Indicator source associated with it and the Indicator source has conditions as below

When the same conditions are being applied in the List view of the issues we get 76 records.

But in the Dashboard we could see only 74 records, the 2 records has Due date after 1st Oct 2024.

Please suggest if anyone has faced such issue.

Hi @divyalakshmi ,

 

After going through this, I'm pretty confident that the reason that you have 76 / 74 is due to the frequency on the indicator source. The indicator source frequency tells how often to collect data. So according to your indicator source you have quarterly collection, where condition state:

So basic, as the 4-quarter is not completed, hence it will not show even though you have 2 tickets created on the 4-quarter and before today according to your conditions.

 

If you enter analytics Hub, and select "by quarter SUM+" I would assume that you will see all 76 records.
