Missing CI record for vCenter in the Discovery Status

Hi Experts,

 

Looking for some assistance as I see no CI being referenced in the Discovery Status record for vCenters. See below screenshot for developing better understanding of the issue.

Can someone please help me troubleshoot this as what could be missing?
