Multi row variable set on custom form?

Hello everyone,
in our service portal I have a catalog item with a multi row variable set where you can enter visitor details, once the RITM record is created it looks like this in the agent workspace:

In the agent work space you can add and remove visitors too.

I have now created my custom type of record and form, I want to add the same functionality to my form.
Do you know if there is a way to add this type of field to a form or a way to accomplish this?

Hi,

If you are referring to normal table form then this type of field is not supported

At max you can try to use Name-value pairs type of field which is the closest.

But remember it would have only 2 columns
