Need clarification on Repeat Intervals in survey Wizards

Hi All,

I am using a survey wizard on an incident is closed. Repeat interval is 90 days.

1)I wanted to know if in between these 90 days if he/she closes 100 incidents what will happen.

As per my understanding only one survey will be triggered and in 90 days and if not completed it will be cancelled .

after 90 days if he/she closes another incident again survey will be sent.

2) If he/she completes survey within 10 days, and after that if he/she closes another incident will he/she get the survey?

Thanks in Advance.

Hello Hbs,

Out of the box there is a Survey Wizard property called 'glide.task.survey_days_wait' which indicates the number of days to wait before sending the same survey type to the same user. By default this value is 30 days. However, in the Survey Conditions module, you can set a Repeat interval which will override the property value to the value of your choice for each selected wizard.

Hope this clarifies your doubt!
