Next and Previous buttons under My Approvals in ServiceNow Portal are not visible.

Hi All,
some users are not able to see the buttons, "next" and "previous" under My Approvals.
but issue is not for All, i can see buttons in some other profiles.
Please let me know, if some thing as to be checked in "sysapproval_approver" table.

Did you try repairing the plugins? I also mentioned in the initial post to try using cache.do

Hi, @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I have asked user to do clear cache , user has more than 30 Approvals, but still buttons are not visible, and for single user, i cant repair plugin i guess.

You can still repair the plugin — that’s not an issue. As you mentioned it's only affecting one user, it likely points to a browser settings issue. Check if the user has zoom set to more than 100%. Try reducing it to 100% or 90% and see if that resolves the issue. If the problem persists, consider logging a support case with ServiceNow.

1. Check if the pagination is valid for those users ( i.e. those users should have some number of approval records in their list that it should go to next page, you might have large number of records).
2. Check the browser zoom % of those users , sometimes the browser is zoomed to a level where the bottom buttons are not visible
