Next and Previous buttons under My Approvals in ServiceNow Portal are not visible.

Hi All,
some users are not able to see the buttons, "next" and "previous" under My Approvals.
but issue is not for All, i can see buttons in some other profiles.
Please let me know, if some thing as to be checked in "sysapproval_approver" table.

which portal and which page you are referring?
the Next button will show only when the records are more than the particular threshold (I believe it's 10).
Did you check for that user how many approval records are there?
if those are less than 10 then it makes sense not to show the Next button
This is for SP portal and it shows me correct.

Did it work fine earlier?
Did you recently upgrade?
Did you ask the user to clear the cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

In past user has raised ticket for same issue, now i have suggested her to clearing browser history, cache.do in ServiceNow, so will update you.
