Solution proposed is :

Hi Henrik,

We are placing this case in Solution Proposed.

Issue Summary: Cant update Workflow Studio in Test and Prod

Solution Proposed: Apologies for the inconvenience. This issue is caused as the role "sn_kmf.cryptographic_manager" is not assigned to your user ID.

If the KMF plugin is installed in the instance, there is a requirement that this role needs to be added to user's account to install/update some applications.

Please add "sn_kmf.cryptographic_manager" to your user ID to resolve this issue.

'sn_kmf.cryptographic_manager' cannot be assigned directly. In order to assign this role you need to have 'sn_kmf.admin' assigned.

Also you cannot assign 'sn_kmf.admin' directly, to do this you need to navigate to System Security > Key Management Administration and select your user and save, this will assign 'sn_kmf.admin' to your user.

Once 'sn_kmf.admin' role is assigned, please log out and log back in. Then, you can navigate to your user record in sys_user table and assign 'sn_kmf.cryptographic_manager' role.

Please find below link to access documentation which explains how to assign 'sn_kmf.admin' and 'sn_kmf.cryptographic_manager' roles.
