Good day, would like to ask any experts about subscription in servicenow.
current scenario : We mapped custom table on app engine fulfiller subscription. Then we build a portal for the fulfiller user and also now allowing some other end user (non fulfiller) to access.
sample activities from end user : All using glidrecord serverscript from Portal ~
1.Create request on service catalog
2. See list of request using custom list widget.
3. Approve or reject approvals
question : For non fulfiller using portal for the actions above, is this not in compliance with our subscription? are we expecting additional cost or breach of contract?
