NPS Survey attachment

Are you able to talk me through how to attach a Template to a Survey I am not seeing any options.

Hi @Ralton Stewart ,

For adding template to a survey you need to open the survey through View survey in that you need to open Metric Category ->  Assessment metric -> from personalise bring the template field
