Hi,
Within my org we have a requirement to be able to create a general Operational Check task, the purpose of this will be to schedule the creation of these tasks to perform routine operational checks and we can utilise these to track work done on them etc.
Is there an OOTB method of achieving this? Is there a plugin on the store which would achieve this?
Would my best option be to create a new task type?
Any advice would be great!
