Hi Team,
I want to change the label of Choices for Impact & Urgency, specifically for the incident table. Is there a possibility of overriding the choices label for each table?
Eg;
1-High
2-medium
3-Low
TO
1-Critical
2-High
3-Low
Thanks
Johnny

Hi Jonny,

Hi Jonny,
You can create specific choices for the incident table with those labels.
In a PDI, the "1-High" impact is set to the task table:
If you want to have a particular label for incident table, you need to add a new choice like the one in the next picture:
Do the same for impact 2 and 3.
Then, in your incident record, you will see that record:
I hope this solves your issue!

Yes, I was planning to do this, but was wondering if there will be any impact on SLA Calculation or other areas of incident management.
