can anyone please suggest on the below query for AI performance analytics.

AI performance analytics
as a support agent, I want Now Assist analytics dashboards so that I can monitor AI performance and track key metrics.

Now Assist analytics dashboards and content packs will be configured to monitor performance metrics such as usage, resolution success rate and incident deflection.

Performance dashboards will be configured to track AI usage, accuracy, and resolution metrics.
