Customer Service Portal - Contacts
Designed for Business to Business (B2B)
Consumer Service Portal - Consumers
Designed for Business to Consumer (B2C)
I didn't think you could log in to both as a consumer.

Customer Service Portal: This portal used for B2C Scenario. Here the only the Consumers come in picture.
