I know this is a weird question but it has bugged me for years that in our instance of ServiceNow, the "Display" option under preferences is not capitalised. I've worked with ServiceNow for many years and our instance is about 11 years old. To me it indicates that something isn't as it should be (forget the OCD that it gives me). I know that in an OOB instances the option for Display should be captialised. My question is what records power this menu and why wouldn't our instance have the Display tile capitalised? I am feeling like something hasn't updated or something has been customised which is preventing us from having a more OOB experience.
