I've a requirement to trigger a quarterly survey to asset owner asking them to rate the asset. Now when I schedule a survey and define source table it doesn't ask me to filter the records on the table. I need to send survey only for state 'In Use' and 'Assigned To is True'.
Is there any way I can filter out the records on the table and then trigger a survey.
