I use Service Now for tickets and Webex for instant messaging at work. I recently had a ticket and wanted to share it with my teammates in Webex so I used the Copy URL menu item. The URL it gave me had an embedded blank and when I tried to paste it in WebEx, the entire URL was not recognized as a hyperlink because of the blank. It would be nice if Service Now automatically encoded the URL so there are no embedded blanks and I don't have to monkey with it.
I'm not sure if this is the right forum or if there is a better way to submit a bug/suggestion.
