Servicenow is not redirecting to identity provider login page when user has a bookmarked URL and we are using secureauth login page.
Example: If the user just use instance.service-now.com/, it is redirecting to successful login page
where as if user has any book marked url as below, it stucked up in the same page.

Please advise what needs to be done to resolve this issue, I have checked with our identity provider (secureauth) and they are saying its in the scope of servicenow?
