Response and Resolution SLA percentage report per month

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a graphical representation(bar graph) of the response and resolution SLA's. Please let us know if someone has done this before with the steps to replicate the same. Any help is much appreciated. We are seeking for a report something similar to this.

Create a trend type report - Group by SLA Definition - Target on the "task_sla" table as below.

You have different options to play around here - you can set/apply conditions on the condition builder as well to filter the data.

We need to get the percentage of response/resolution SLA in a single graphical representation.

Hi @Devika3 

To get the percentage, you need to use the function field to showcase it. OOTB, there’s no direct way to get the percentage of what you’re looking for. Alternatively, you can try on the PA (Performance Analytics) side, where you have the option to create an indicator and use it.

When you say percentage, against what?? Percentage of Records/Incidents met Response and Resolution SLAs if so, Go with PA
