Restrict a service portal category to a certain team

Hi,

 

I need to restrict one of our categories on the service portal, to a specific team. I have added user criteria for this team to the 'available for' tab in said category, but this has not restricted the category. 

 

Is there a way to do this please?

you can create a user criteria and give the group to whom it has to be seen. No scripting required

Then add that user criteria in Available for in related list.

Please share what have you configured and what debugging have you done so far?

Thank you both, but I have now resolved this issue. The catalog items in said category were available for 'all global users'. So I restricted these to the user criteria I created. Which then restricted the category to the same user criteria.  😃
